Recurrent Focal Segmental Glomerulosclerosis

Histopathological findings in recurrent focal segmental glomerulosclerosis vary from no diagnostic abnormality to classical focal segmental lesions. Immunofluorescence examination shows IgM and C3 in the sclerotic segments. Electron microscopy reveals no specific findings.
