Lymphomatous PTLD

Another focus of mature plasma cells, in this instance adjacent to a glomerulus. Eosinophils and neutrophils are also present, resulting in a mild mixed inflammation. Scattered eosinophils may occur in some PTLDs, but neutrophils are almost never seen, unless there is adjacent necrosis.
