Figure 5. A higher magnification of the cluster of atypical cells illustrates the configuration of these collections. Note that most of the cells are mononuclear and slightly atypical with an enlarged nucleus and scanty amount of cytoplasmic. Very often features of plasmacytoid differentiation can be seen in this population of cells.
