Acute Rejection Grading

Rejection
At higher power, the infiltrate consists predominately of large activated lymphocytes with scattered small lymphocytes and a few eosinophils. The adjacent crypts show demonstrate mild epithelial injury with focal intraepithelial infiltration ("cryptitis") (arrow).
