Moderate Acute Rejection

Cases with significant mononuclear infiltration and (a) foci of severe (grade t3) tubulitis or (b) mild to moderate (grade v1/v2) intimal arteritis. In Banff 93-95, cases with t3 tubulitis were designated as Grade IIA rejection, and those with grade v1/v2 intimal arteritis as Grade IIB rejection.
