Humoral Rejection
Arterial vasospasm, demonstrable by hepatic angiography is one of the manifestations of immune-mediated arterial injury encountered during humoral rejection. The morphological manifestations of arterial vasospasm include mural thickening, reduced lumenal diameter, wrinkling of the internal elastic lamina and mural myocyte vacuolization.
