Very early acute allograft rejection (minimal rejection, grade II).
Inflammatory infiltrates confined to the septal connective tissue with
cuffing around vein. There is venous endotheliitis (lifting-up and damage
of the endothelium). The acinar parenchyma is free of inflammation.
