Grading of pancreas allograft rejection - Grade II, Minimal acute rejection. Septal area with heavy inflammatory infiltrates containing occasional large "activated" appearing lymphoid cells and rare eosinophils. The infiltrates tightly associate with a vein and the inflammation "spills" into the periphery of the exocrine lobules.
