This photomicrograph shows a heterogeneous mixture of immunoblasts, plasma cells and lymphocytes which typified this polymorphic PTLD. Note the intact sinusoid. Despite this heterogeneous appearance, molecular studies revealed a monoclonal B cell population in this tumor.
