Lymphomatous PTLD

This high power photomicrograph of an intestinal PTLD shows a relatively uniform population of mononuclear cells. Some are recognizable as immunoblasts with plasmacytoid features. Rare small cells probably represent infilitrating T lymphocytes, which were documented by immunophenotypic stains.
