Humoral Rejection
This is an example of less severe arterial injury seen with humoral rejection. Although there is no evidence of necrotizing or inflammatory arteritis here, note the endothelial cell hypertrophy and the small mass of fibrin, extending into the lumen from a attachment site on the damaged endothelial layer. Similar changes are seen in the veins
