Centrilobular hepatocellular swelling with hepatocanalicular cholestasis
is a very common finding in post-transplant liver allograft biopsies
with mild preservation injury. It is usually accompanied by
hepatocanalicular cholestasis, but a signficant portal inflammatory
infiltrate is not usually seen.
