Humoral Rejection
Humoral rejection not infrequently is associated with intra-vascular fibrin thrombi, which attach to the endothelium of veins(as shown here) or arteries. They extend into the lumen in a flame-like fashion. Later they can become organized, resulting in the appearance of a recanalized thrombus.
